Your Tasks
- Carrying out psychiatric nursing within a patient-oriented nursing process including individual care planning, use of nursing diagnoses and digital documentation
- Observation and support of patients with promotion of social skills and practical everyday competencies as well as implementation of individual and group nursing measures
- Confident action in crisis situations as well as active participation in structured weekly and therapy schedules
- Regular participation in ward rounds, patient, case and duty meetings as well as supervisions in the multiprofessional team
- Application and adherence to internal quality standards, guidelines and organisational procedures in close cooperation with ward and department management
Your Profile
- Successfully completed training in nursing, e.g. as nursing assistant, nursing specialist, curative education nurse or similar qualifications
- High level of social competence as well as an appreciative and empathetic basic attitude
- Friendly, approachable and professional manner towards patients, relatives and carers as well as external institutions
- Strong team skills, reliability, willingness to cooperate and high commitment
- Confident and respectful communication behaviour in an interdisciplinary environment
