About the job

Your Tasks

You accompany and support FABE trainees during their training in regular PA meetings and ensure the theory-practice transfer; you receive a defined workload for this, which you can plan flexibly
You ensure the pedagogically oriented support, promotion, and care of adults with intellectual disabilities and challenging behavior
You promote, activate, and accompany our users specifically according to their individual abilities
You support the users in leading as self-determined and good a life as possible
You maintain client documentation

Your Profile

You have completed training as a specialist caregiver, specialist caregiver for children, health specialist, geriatric nurse, certified disability caregiver, or curative education nurse
You have a certificate as a vocational trainer or are interested in completing the further training
You preferably have experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities
You are a team player and work resource-oriented
You adapt to new situations and do not lose overview even in difficult moments
Irregular working hours are natural for you
