In January 2026, Senevita Birsgarten opened in Reinach /BL. We offer a total of 88 care places (22 protected units), 52 apartments for assisted living, and a restaurant in an idyllic location with excellent public transport connections.

We are looking for a motivated and team-oriented individual by arrangement as

Care and Support Staff AGS or Care Assistant SRK 40-100%

For inpatient care with in-house Spitex

Actively shape our new facility and your team. You will play a significant role in implementing processes to establish services and quality at the highest level. • Support in implementing nursing and care measures
• Assistance in recording care effort/documentation using interRAI LTCF and RAI HC
• Maintaining contact with relatives
• Professional and individual execution of care and basic nursing

• Training at assistant level (Health/Social Assistant EBA, Care Assistant FA or SRK course)
• Flexibility and ability to work in a team
• Good German language skills, spoken and written (minimum level B1)
• Understanding and empathy for elderly people
