Apprenticeship as an ICT Specialist with Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training

Your contribution to our team

As part of this 3-year training, you will work in a very diverse, interesting, demanding and future-oriented field. IT is a broad subject area that continues to expand with rapid technological development and requires constant learning. During your apprenticeship, you will maintain the IT infrastructure of our company together with your colleagues. You will get to know the needs of internal users, receive all kinds of fault reports and act as 1st and 2nd level support. You will take care of installing and maintaining workplace systems such as computers, tablets and smartphones, as well as their software and interfaces. You will support the team in user and device management and at the same time work as a network supporter.

• Independent, systematic and precise working as well as networked thinking
