Carpenter – Department Head & Member of the Executive Board

Responsibilities

Management of the planning department including standardisation and CAD coordination
Responsibility for production and infrastructure in collaboration with the production manager
Monitoring and control of IT and computer systems including ERP (Borm)
Participation and planning in customer projects
Chairing the executive board and undertaking assigned tasks such as controlling and financial management

Requirements

Completed basic carpenter apprenticeship with federal certificate of competence (EFZ) plus further training or comparable practical experience
Experience in leading and developing employees
Solid knowledge of Office, IT, ERP and CAD programmes
Ideally experience in project costing
Motivated and proactive personality with strong team spirit and sense of responsibility
