Carpenter - Department Head & Member of the Executive Board

• Management of the planning department including standardisation and CAD coordination
• Responsibility for production and infrastructure in collaboration with the production manager
• Monitoring and control of IT and computer systems including ERP (Borm)
• Participation and planning in customer projects
• Chairing the executive board and undertaking assigned tasks such as controlling and financial management

• Completed basic carpenter apprenticeship with federal certificate of competence (EFZ) plus further training or comparable practical experience
• Experience in leading and developing employees
• Solid knowledge of Office, IT, ERP and CAD programmes
• Ideally experience in project costing
• Motivated and proactive personality with strong team spirit and sense of responsibility
