Your area of responsibility includes

• Comprehensive and active project consulting from planning to realisation

• Responsible for handling customer portfolios from order receipt to delivery

• Creating production documents and parts lists after order receipt

• Responsible for planning and scheduling customer orders

• Conducting technical clarifications internally and externally

• Maintaining master data and recording new processes and items in the ERP system (pro Alpha)

• Monitoring production processing, production progress and recalculation of ongoing items

To be successful in this position, you have the following qualifications:

• Polymechanic vocational training with further education as a technical salesman, process specialist or similar

• Knowledge in production planning and control (AVOR / PPS) as well as in machining technology

• Solid experience in using MS Office, ERP systems

• Understanding of standards ISO GPS system ISO8015, basic knowledge

• Very good German skills, English skills advantageous and strong communication skills

• Structured working method and good organisational skills

• Enjoyment in coordinating with various internal and external contacts
