Property Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Independent management of an assigned property portfolio
- Responsibility for the commercial and technical administration of the properties
- Conducting property viewings, lease negotiations and handovers
- Coordinating maintenance and renovation work in consultation with craftsmen and service providers
- Communication interface between owners, tenants and internal departments
Qualifications:
- Completion of property management clerk training is an advantage
- Sound knowledge of tenancy law and technical property management
- Experience in managing residential and commercial properties
- Good IT skills (MS Office, ideally property management software)
