Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading trucks
• Unloading containers
• Recording goods receipts and dispatches
• Preparing, checking and packing shipments
• Creating shipping documents
• Compiling shipping documents and transport orders
• Cooperating with suppliers and customers
• Carrying out administrative tasks
• Work preparation / daily planning
• Managing stock and orders
• Managing external warehouses in 4658 Däniken and 5040 Schöftland
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and legal regulations

Qualifications

• Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ
• Driving licence B and forklift licence
• German spoken and written
• Independent and reliable working style
• Teamwork and flexibility
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Interest in administrative tasks
• Weather resistance; external warehouse partially unheated
