Facility Services Manager (a)
We are looking for an experienced and versatile Facility Services Manager to strengthen our team. You will be responsible for the operational and technical management of buildings, equipment, and leading a team of several employees. You will also ensure budget monitoring, financial reporting, and guarantee quality service in coordination with teams and subcontractors. If you are autonomous, have excellent organizational skills, a strong customer orientation, and the ability to work in a matrix structure, this position is for you. You will actively participate in the continuous improvement of services while ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards.
Your tasks:
- Lead and coordinate all cleaning/technical activities on behalf of our clients.
- Ensure operational and financial management (updating reports, controlling and managing budgets, monitoring P&L, etc.) of the services delivered at our clients' sites.
- Participate in budget preparation, strategic planning, and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Responsible for administration, compliance with KPIs, SLAs, procedures, and work processes.
- Be the primary contact for clients.
- Participate in and monitor project control.
- Responsible for personnel management and supervision (scheduling, allocation of hours, recruitment, annual reviews, etc.).
- Manage subcontractors
Your profile:
- Degree or higher education in building technology, project management, or business economics with 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Proven professional and managerial skills
- Native French speaker
- Mastery of financial reporting, KPIs, and strong financial orientation
- Solution-oriented and innate communication skills
- Desire to grow and improve in the field of Facility Management
- Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
- Strong customer orientation
- Previous experience in team management
