SPARE PARTS SALESPERSON 40-70% (M/F/D)

Main tasks:
- Customer-oriented advice and sale of all spare parts to workshops, dealers, and end customers
- Preparation of cost estimates for customers and workshops
- Telephone advice and sale of spare parts
- Operation of the workshop counter
- Procurement of third-party parts for trailers, semi-trailers, and third-party brands
- Support for customers and dealers with spare parts enquiries
- Management and maintenance of spare parts documentation
- General warehouse work as well as ensuring order and cleanliness
- Support in the training of apprentices in the spare parts warehouse
- Conducting technical training for apprentices in the spare parts area
Requirements:
- Training as a spare parts salesperson or basic technical training with automotive knowledge
- Very good IT application skills (Office, DMS)
- German at native speaker level
- French, Italian and/or English skills are an advantage
- Teamwork, resilience, and flexibility
- High customer and service orientation
- Independent and reliable working style
- Willingness for regular Saturday shifts according to the deployment plan
