What to expect
- Prompt acceptance and forwarding of delivered cash consignments
- Verification of the accuracy and completeness of orders as well as the integrity of consignments
- Correct and complete recording and forwarding of consignments in the system
- Responsibility for and participation in the storage and retrieval of cash consignments in the vault, including customer-owned storage
- Communication with admin/order office, by phone and email, fluent German
- Accessing and checking stock in the in-house warehouse system
- Complete and error-free preparation of consignments according to orders (picking lists)
- Preparing processed valuables for inventory
- Assisting with the inventory of valuables
- Responsibility for and participation in access control of persons and vehicles
- Responsibility for and participation in the proper opening and closing of the building
- On-call duties (including weekends)
What you bring
- You are between 30 - 45 years old
- Completed vocational training
- Professional experience in vault operations, cash logistics, general logistics, or as a security service employee is an advantage
- Quick comprehension, clean and precise working style, and high concentration
- Very good German skills, spoken and written
- Computer skills, Microsoft / Outlook, Excel
- English skills are an advantage
- Team player and discretion
- Physically fit, strong, and resilient
- Pleasant appearance and friendly manners
- Existing firearms permit is an advantage
- Willingness to work armed (armed on-call duty once a month / weekly by arrangement)
- Impeccable character (no entries in criminal and debt enforcement registers, no ongoing proceedings)
- Swiss citizenship or at least a C residence permit
- Complete CV documenting the last 10 years day by day (including residence confirmations) and all work references
- Possession of a SUVA-recognised forklift licence (advantageous)
