To complement our team, we are looking for a:
Your main tasks are:
- Answering phone calls and customer inquiries
- Organizing and coordinating service deployments
- Billing of service reports
- Checking and follow-up of employee time tracking
- Support in accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
- Order entry and general administrative tasks
Your competence:
- Commercial or comparable training
- Independent, precise, and structured way of working
- Enjoyment in coordination and customer contact
