Job Definition and Mission
Ensure comprehensive patient care and perform radiological examinations according to medical prescriptions. Guarantee the quality of services, compliance with standards, and contribute to the smooth operation of the radiology department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Patient Care
• Welcome, inform and supervise patients
• Ensure their comfort and well-being
• Maintain impeccable appearance and behaviour
• Respond to patients’ needs and expectations
Conducting Examinations
• Perform radiological examinations
• Apply current protocols and standards
• Guarantee the quality of images and results
• Collaborate with radiologist doctors
Service Organisation and Management
• Participate in work organisation
• Contribute to the smooth running of activities
• Ensure the service documents are kept up to date
• Participate in equipment management
Maintenance and Logistics
• Maintain and clean equipment
• Keep examination rooms tidy
• Ensure equipment is in good condition
Coordination and Teamwork
• Collaborate with medical and administrative teams
• Communicate necessary information
• Participate in the integration of new colleagues
• Contribute to a positive working environment
Administration and Compliance
• Invoice completed examinations
• Respect the hierarchical chain and internal directives
• Participate in professional evaluations
• Seek areas for improvement
General Responsibilities
• Guarantee the quality of radiological services
• Ensure patient satisfaction and safety
• Contribute to the Clinic’s image
Required Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree as a medical radiology technician, or Red Cross equivalent
- Ideally, a minimum of 2 years’ professional experience.
- Excellent knowledge of conventional radiodiagnosis.
- Good knowledge of MRI and CT.
- Sense of responsibility and organisation.
- Good knowledge of English is desirable.
