ACTIVITY

Monitor and coordinate tenders in French-speaking Switzerland
Analyse specifications and ensure compliance of offers
Participate in drafting, structuring and formatting dossiers
Coordinate internal contributions and ensure deadlines are met
Maintain liaison with General Management on new technologies (robots, drones, innovative solutions)
Conduct technological watch and contribute to innovation projects

YOUR PROFILE

Training in commercial, marketing, communication or equivalent field
Excellent analytical, synthesis and writing skills
Quick, curious and structured mind, with strong learning and adaptability skills
Autonomy, proactivity and solution-oriented approach
Excellent command of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Canva is an asset
German B2 minimum, excellent command of French
High rigour, organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and demanding deadlines
Strong interest in innovation and new technologies

Conditions: 100% position on a permanent administrative contract, based at the Regional Directorate of Lausanne (Rte de Berne 113). Regular hours Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00.
