Head of Wood Market Segment

In this key position, you will shape the future of an established market segment with a great deal of scope for action. You are responsible for operational management and strategic development. Together with your team from sales consulting and application technology, you will design market development, manage important key accounts, and further develop customer and sales partner relationships. You identify market trends early, ensure a competitive product portfolio, and work closely with development, production, and marketing. In doing so, you create the conditions for satisfied customers, sustainable growth, and long-term market success.

You have a basic education in wood processing, supplemented by business, technical, or sales-oriented training. Crucial are your network in the Swiss wood industry, your market knowledge, and your experience in a leadership role in sales. You know how to make teams successful and take responsibility for a market segment.
