With great commitment and passion, you actively contribute to the success of the two blue Cinema locations in Lucerne. You are responsible for ensuring a smooth operation at Maxx in Emmenbrücke, including the sports bar and bowling, as well as for the Capitol in Lucerne. You actively work in the operation, gladly take on responsibility, and appreciate working on weekends and holidays.

• Responsibility for the operational and business management of the two locations as well as active participation in daily business
• Main responsibility for customer- and service-oriented service
• Recruitment, onboarding, and management of the team
• Needs- and goal-oriented personnel deployment planning with foresight, considering budget guidelines
• Control and processing of time recording
• Development of new processes and concepts
• Compliance and control of hygiene regulations according to HACCP as well as the legal regulations of the L-GAV
• Organization & execution of events
• Close exchange with the Area Manager, Food & Beverage Manager, and the management of other locations
• Professional complaint management
• Organization & control of quality-oriented inventory management including supplier management and inventory

• Successfully completed vocational training or proven professional experience in the gastronomy, hotel, or cinema industry
• Several years of management experience in a comparable position
• Further training Gastro Basic Seminar 1 or 2 is an advantage
• Cinema experience is a big plus but not a must
