Your Contribution

You take on the subject responsibility for Input P&C and further develop processes and topics, whether towards digitalisation, automation or offshoring
In doing so, you actively manage our measures, establish the interfaces to the agile products and coordinate the internal departmental tasks
You improve the control, detection rate and throughput times in the input processes of P&C UW and P&C Claims and, together with the team/department leader or other specialists, ensure high efficiency and quality
You conduct training sessions and workshops and create meaningful documentation to share and anchor knowledge
You are responsible for the professional reporting to provide fact-based decision-making foundations and ensure their quality
You observe industry trends and bring new impulses to keep our processes always up to date.

Your Skills and Talents

You have a qualification from a higher technical college (business administration, controlling or business administration) or the federal diploma as an insurance specialist
You have good expertise & process know-how in P&C Claims, P&C UW and/or AXA-ARAG
You have very good analytical skills, a pronounced problem-solving competence and enjoy working with numbers
You are familiar with modern work tools and have a flair for technical aids and tools (e.g. Power BI, MS Planner, Confluence, MS Flows, AI)
You are confident in German, strong in communication and can present complex topics understandably. English skills are an advantage.
You enjoy working across departments and bring a good team spirit.
You are an initiative and assertive personality with pronounced social skills (empathetic, reliable, customer-oriented and adaptable)
