Accounting Clerk 80-100%
These are your tasks
- You assist with accounts receivable management as well as its controlling
- You manage the general ledger and subsidiary ledger and maintain the bank account
- Payment of withholding tax and wage loss insurances
- You assist with monthly and annual financial statements
- You execute daily payments to insured persons, companies, and third parties
- Provide telephone and written information to insured persons, authorities, and internal departments
What you bring with you
- At least a completed training as an accounting clerk
- High IT affinity, ideally experience with SAP S/4 HANA
- Proficient use of modern IT tools (e.g. Jira) and MS Office products
- You have a networked way of thinking and quickly grasp complex contexts
- An exact, structured, and independent working style
- Fluent German or French in spoken and written form with very good knowledge of the other language
