Your Tasks
- Holistic support for people with disabilities (MmB) – From entry to exit
- Support for the best possible integration into the protected work environment and promotion of self-determination and participation
- Social service tasks in the support of MmB
- Administrative tasks (care service recording IBB, documentation, reports)
- Contact person for group leaders in pedagogical questions and dealing with practical life concerns and development wishes of MmB
- Steering and organization of health promotion, training offers, self-determination, and inclusion
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with relatives, specialist offices, and institutions
What You Bring
- Completed training as a social worker, social educator, psychiatric nurse, or comparable
- Resilience, empathy, and high social competence
- Case management skills
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in working with MmB or in the psychiatric field
- Convincing appearance and the ability to represent concerns clearly
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Enjoyment of networked work and very good IT knowledge
