What you can achieve

• As a Project Manager/Customer Service, you are responsible for the successful planning and implementation of smaller projects in the field of ballistic protection systems for armoured vehicles
• You coordinate interdisciplinary teams and manage projects from technical conception through development to series production
• You work on innovative passive protection solutions against a wide range of known threats in symmetric and asymmetric operational environments
• Independent management of Customer Service including repair processing and spare parts management
• With your technical understanding and structured way of working, you make a decisive contribution to the development of powerful and reliable protection systems for demanding operational scenarios

What you bring with you

• Completed technical training, ideally with further education in project management or a comparable qualification
• Initial experience in project management, technical order processing or customer service
• Technical understanding and interest in mechanical, technical or vehicle-related systems
• Ability to independently plan, coordinate and successfully complete smaller technical projects
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact as well as solution-oriented handling of technical enquiries and willingness to familiarise yourself with new technical topics and products
• Confident handling of common MS Office applications; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
• Good organisational skills as well as a pragmatic personality with strong communication skills and a high team spirit
• Structured, independent and reliable way of working, combined with a pronounced sense of responsibility
• Fluent German and good English skills (level B2)
