Preparation of transport and transit documents
Shipment and vehicle scheduling
Traffic-related organisation and scheduling with contract drivers
Telephone coordination with partners in the destination country
Complaint and damage handling
General administrative tasks
Requirements
Completed training as a freight forwarding clerk
Several years of professional experience in land transport would be desirable
IT
User knowledge of MS Office programmes (mainly Word, Excel, Outlook)
Languages
German: spoken and written very good
French: spoken and written intermediate (advantageous, not mandatory)
English: spoken and written good (at forwarding level)
Age
approx. 25 to approx. 50 years
