For our PO Weighing Instruments and Components (MTWIC), which is leading in the industrialisation and production of laboratory scales and other high-resolution gravimetric instruments, terminals, MFR force sensors and circuit boards for the entire MT group, we are looking for a committed person at the Nänikon-Greifensee site, the global operational headquarters of METTLER TOLEDO, as Unit HR Business Partner 80% - 100% (all genders). You are a member of the HR team of the WeighTec division and, together with another HR Business Partner, support the PO MTWIC. In this role, you will take on the following tasks: Member of the MTWIC management team; support and advise employees and managers in all HR processes, such as recruitment, care, remuneration, development and release in the support area for around 350 employees; competent and active maintenance of the relationship with supervisors in the support area; ensuring professional HR management to achieve the strategic business goals of MTWIC; co-design and implementation of change and transformation projects including moderation of workshops; implementation of occupational health management (prevention, absence and case management); collaboration with HR Service Delivery and other HR competence areas; participation and responsibility in local HR projects; deputising and cooperation with division-responsible Unit HR Business Partner WeighTec.
