Trainer / Instructor for Driving Personnel (m/f/d)

These tasks will inspire you

• Planning, organisation and implementation of SIVO training according to ASA guidelines
• Conveying safety regulations, legal basics as well as safe and anticipatory driving behaviour
• Observation, assessment and feedback on driving behaviour
• Analysis of driving behaviour, load securing, customer interaction and other relevant topics
• Analysis of damage cases and risks as well as derivation of appropriate training measures
• Documentation of coaching and training as well as monitoring driver development
• Collaboration with operations management, dispatch and other internal departments
• Evaluation of Samsara videos and preparation of monthly reports for driving personnel
• Conducting drawbar device courses and Samsara training
• Introductory courses in the field of e-mobility
• Optional: Participation in career fairs and conducting school visits

We look forward to this profile

• Solid professional experience in road transport, category CE (at least 10 years of practice)
• Exemplary, safe and anticipatory behaviour
• High social competence and enjoyment in dealing with people
• Respectful interaction, even in demanding situations
• Willingness to learn and openness to new regulations, technology and internal standards
• Good PC skills (Microsoft 365) for emails, simple evaluations and documentation
• Independent working style, good planning and clean follow-up of documents
• Didactic qualification: e.g. SVEB1 or ECO-Drive instructor (advantageous)
