Packaging Project Developer (M/F) – Design and Industrialisation

YOUR MISSION

A true conductor of packaging projects, you ensure the complete follow-up of assignments, from briefing to final delivery, including the integrable design of packaging and the technical development of layouts. In this capacity, you:

• Develop customised packaging, from the initial idea to industrial validation: from simple sleeves to the most complex concepts, including assembled boxes, cases, and shipping solutions.
• Translate client needs into efficient structural solutions
• Develop and optimise cutting layouts (2D plans / 3D volumes) taking into account material and production constraints
• Create mock-ups and prototypes using our internal tools (cutting table, laser, gluing, assembly, finishing)
• Plan project stages (deadlines, costs, quality) in direct contact with clients, our production teams, and external partners
• Support production launch and ensure technical consistency up to the final product

Important note: this position is not intended for graphic designers or prepress specialists; it is exclusively focused on the technical development of packaging.

YOUR PROFILE

• Training as a packaging technologist, packaging specialist, or equivalent or higher education
• Proven experience in technical packaging design
• Proficiency with packaging design tools (ArtiosCAD)
• Excellent knowledge of materials (solid board, corrugated board, special supports), printing and processing methods
• Analytical and creative mindset, solution-oriented
• Autonomy, precision, and sense of responsibility
• Very good command of French and English (mandatory)
