At Mansio, we create living spaces for people with psychological and/or cognitive impairments and support affected individuals in leading a meaningful life for them.

At our locations in Münsterlingen, Tägerwilen, Kreuzlingen, Frauenfeld, Bürglen and Güttingen, we offer a variety of living and working opportunities. These include around 170 residential places – from intensive living to supported living – as well as diverse workplaces in the nursery, production, carpentry, maintenance, administration and various studios. Services are provided, orders from external companies are processed, and various own products are manufactured. In this way, we create individual solutions for different life situations and needs.

In the residential setting "Schweizerhof" in Kreuzlingen, people aged 45 to 70 with psychological impairments live. The property, a former hotel, is centrally located in Kreuzlingen and has a modern catering kitchen. For our kitchen, we are looking for a committed person who enjoys working independently and feels comfortable in a lively environment with different people.

What you can achieve:

• Preparation of approx. 35 - 40 lunches from Monday to Friday for clients and professional staff
• Pre-cooking for weekends and public holidays
• Menu planning, purchasing and inventory management
• Responsibility for the kitchen budget
• Compliance with hygiene regulationsEnsuring a healthy and balanced mealParticipation in team meetings
• As a member of the Schweizerhof team, close cooperation with the professional staff

What distinguishes you:

• Completed training as a cook with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) with professional experience
• High initiative, reliable and independent working style
• Responsible and economical handling of food
• Enjoyment in contact with people with impairments and a good sense for different needs
