About the job
Your Tasks
You work in a three-shift system or choose an unpopular shift. You ensure evidence-based and professional care by caring for postpartum women and newborns (focus), women after gynecological procedures, as well as occasionally prenatal patients, and by accompanying, supporting, and promoting trainees. Through your professionalism, you accompany and advise the patients with empathy, patience, and the necessary caution to optimally strengthen them as a family for the time after the hospital stay. Breastfeeding is a central topic.
Your Profile
You have a nursing diploma recognized in Switzerland, ideally have professional experience in obstetrics and/or neonatology, or want to gain experience in these specialties. As a committed, open-minded employee, you find rapidly changing situations an interesting challenge. Cooperative, interdisciplinary collaboration is a matter of course for you, as is the implementation of the nursing process with professional competence, self-responsibility, and organizational skills.
