You no longer want to plan routes manually all day? Perfect. With us, a modern, intelligent planning system supports you in route planning. Your task is to check, optimise, and, together with our team, ensure a smooth process in freight transport for the automatically generated route proposals. You will work in a young, motivated team with flat hierarchies and actively shape the future of modern transport logistics.

Your tasks

• Checking and optimising routes created by our Smart-Planning tool
• Ensuring economical and timely transport handling
• Recording and processing transport orders
• Notifying our customers
• Supporting and assisting our drivers in daily operations
• Close cooperation with customers, partners, and internal departments
• Contributing to the continuous optimisation of our digital processes and workflows

Your profile

You enjoy working in an organised manner, think holistically, and keep an overview even in hectic situations. You are enthusiastic about digital tools and enjoy using new technologies.

Ideally, you have:

• A completed vocational training
• Experience in transport, forwarding, or logistics is an advantage – motivated career changers with the appropriate affinity are also welcome
• High IT affinity and very good PC user skills
• Enjoy working with modern planning systems and digital tools
• Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
• Very good German skills as well as English skills for working with our systems; additional languages are an advantage
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system (weekly rotation)
• Team spirit, initiative, and a strong customer and service orientation
