What you can achieve

Receipt of transport service orders as well as their coordination and mediation to our volunteer drivers

Professional responsibility for the service "Start-up Assistance Parental Leave"

Coordination of assignments as well as maintenance of address and order data in the system

Preparation of courses for volunteers and support in organising regional events

Appreciative support of active volunteers as well as recruitment of new volunteers

Close cooperation with the current team management during the induction and gradual assumption of responsibility

What you bring with you

A commercial education or experience in the administrative field

Several years of professional experience, ideally first leadership experience

Enjoyment in dealing with people and an organisational flair

Pronounced social competence as well as sensitivity in dealing with vulnerable people

Good knowledge of MS Office and experience with ERP systems advantageous

IT affinity and openness to digital processes
