Your profile
Experience: You want to complete your gap year after high school or a completed training in an exciting environment. Ideally, you already have experience in caring for children.
Skills: You are open and empathetic and perceive the needs of the children. You are resilient and flexible to master the lively daycare everyday life and to deal with changes.
Interests: You enjoy working with toddlers and are motivated to shape everyday life with them. You like working together with others and can easily integrate into existing teams.
