Summary
Equipment Operator:
Performs assigned manufacturing tasks and activities according to the production schedule to ensure timely production of products in the required quality and quantity – complying with applicable GMP, safety, and environmental regulations.
Service Operator:
Performs assigned manufacturing tasks and activities according to the production schedule – complying with applicable GMP, safety, and environmental regulations. Carries out routine operational support activities according to the manufacturing process and schedule to enable timely production of products in the required quality and quantity.
Documentation Specialist Admin:
Manages the change, editing, distribution, review, and archiving of GMP manufacturing documents as well as the creation of batch documentation to deliver these on time and in the required quality to production. Ensures a range of administrative tasks necessary for the proper functioning of the unit."

About the Role
Main Responsibilities:
- Equipment Operator: - Participation in the manufacturing processes, - execution of all assigned tasks according to the production schedule and in compliance with valid GMP, labour, operational, environmental, and safety regulations
Performance Indicators:
- On-time delivery: Adherence to the production schedule, timely execution of tasks
- Quality: Number of errors in processed or updated production documents as well as in the review of batch documentation
- Time management: Efficient use of time on the shop floor, where required
Minimum Requirements/Professional Experience:
- Operations management and execution
- Cross-departmental collaboration
- Transport logistics
- General HSE knowledge (Health, Safety, Environment)
- Knowledge of GMP guidelines (Good Manufacturing Practice)
- Expertise in transport classification (e.g. IATA or DOT)
- Execution of manufacturing processes
