Spitex Chur
Every 40th resident of Chur is a client of ours. We are deployed daily at 400 clients. With around 170 employees, we are the largest Spitex organisation in the canton of Graubünden and provide nursing and care services for people so that they can live independently in their familiar surroundings despite age- or illness-related limitations. Our employees organise their daily work independently and autonomously. You actively contribute to shaping and further developing the operation in line with societal requirements.

Your profile
- You are a qualified nurse HF/FH or have an equivalent qualification
- You have leadership training and/or bring initial leadership experience in nursing, or are willing to further your education in this area
- Ideally, you have already gained Spitex experience
- You maintain an appreciative, positive and respectful manner
- You are communicative, responsible, socially competent as well as flexible and open
Your tasks
- You lead an interdisciplinary nursing team cooperatively, appreciatively and goal-oriented
- You take responsibility for duty and holiday planning and actively participate in deployment planning
- You ensure a smooth process in daily business as well as high nursing quality
- Together with the qualified nurses of your team, you are responsible for the entire nursing process of your clients
- You conduct needs assessments with clients, create care plans and are the contact person for relatives and external partners
- You are deployed at clients for assessment, advice and specifically for treatment or basic care
- As a member of the extended management team, you actively contribute to the further development of Spitex Chur
