Our site in Baden is currently in an exciting development phase. We are specifically investing in strengthening our team in Baden AG and are looking for a Maintenance & Project Engineer (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement.

With us, you don’t just manage projects; you actively shape the further development of our engineering department. Together with our main customer Accelleron Turbo Systems AG, you develop solutions for demanding technical challenges in a modern production environment.

At Quant Service in Baden, you will find a highly motivated and collegial team of about 30 employees working as a maintenance team in various roles.

What are your responsibilities?

• Independent planning, coordination and implementation of technical projects in the production and infrastructure area. You clarify the feasibility of customer requirements and develop solutions in collaboration with internal and external partners
• Identification and implementation of improvement measures to increase plant availability, quality and productivity
• You analyse spare parts requirements and develop suitable stocking strategies together with suppliers and customers
• You support the engineering and operations team in technical matters (TPM, risk analyses, FMEA)
• Planning and conducting technical audits as well as deriving appropriate improvement measures
• Proactive optimisations within the framework of the continuous improvement process
• You actively promote a strong safety culture and consistently exemplify it in everyday work
• Support for new investment projects of the customer in all maintenance-relevant matters

What do we expect from you?

• Technical basic training with further education HF/FH or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in technical project management
• Experience in quality management is an advantage
• Independent and solution-oriented, proactive working style as well as high customer and service orientation
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, good English skills
• Experience in the maintenance environment is desirable
