Job Description
The focus is on the professional care of our hotel guests - from the warm welcome at check-in to the farewell. In addition, you will take care of the following:
- Care of our guests including check-in and check-out
- Checking and processing reservations, overbookings, and options
- Billing including management of cost assumptions as well as cash handling and accounting
- Organizational and administrative tasks in both front and back office areas (e.g., management of no-shows, answering emails)
- Cross-departmental insights into new areas of activity through collaboration in our multicultural team

- Training in hotel management or professional experience in the hotel/restaurant industry or interest in a career change
