Mittelland-Personal AG has focused since its foundation in 2005 on permanent placement for clients from the manufacturing industry throughout the Mittelland region.

For our client from the Suhr region we are looking to support with a

CNC / CAM Manufacturing Technician (m/f/d) 100%

Your area of responsibility:

• CAM programming (Unigraphics / NX)
• Commissioning and completion of initial series on milling, turning, and turn-milling centres
• Creating documentation (work / process instructions) as well as training / briefing of line employees
• Design and process transfer into series production of new manufacturing processes including work preparation (process layout, fixture / clamping concept, tool selection and procurement)
• Continuous optimisation of existing production processes
• Leadership and active participation in Lean / KVP and technical projects from the production lines (e.g. OEE / equipment availability, process stability, machining time / cycle time reduction, tool life, product relocations and ramp-ups)
• Carrying out or supervising maintenance and repair work as well as systematic fault diagnosis and rectification on machines / systems; coordination of external technician deployments and qualification of line employees
• Assuming deputy responsibilities in the team and ensuring stable operation of the lines during absences

Your profile:

• Training as a polymechanic EFZ or equivalent
• Several years of solid professional experience as a CNC mechanic (CNC milling and CNC turning)
• Very good CAM knowledge (preferably Unigraphics / NX)
• Very good programming skills (Fanuc, Heidenhain, ISO)
• Conscientious and proactive working style
• Good German language skills
