Would you like to manage a large public real estate portfolio with solid key figures and lead a well-coordinated team? For the area of administrative and social buildings, we are looking for a committed individual to start immediately or by arrangement.
Tasks
- You lead the department, manage seven employees professionally and personally, and develop the team purposefully.
- You are responsible for the service agreements (DLV) with the city departments and further develop them.
- You are responsible for the cost/benefit calculation as well as the key figures and reporting system for the real estate portfolio and further develop these.
- You are responsible for space requirement planning, multi-year planning and budgeting, space controlling, as well as the quality of master data.
- You support the division management strategically and represent IMMO in city projects.
Profile
- Advanced education and training in real estate, business administration, engineering or architecture
- Several years of experience in real estate controlling, portfolio management or property trusteeship as well as leadership experience
- Sound business knowledge as well as analytical and conceptual thinking
- Negotiation skills and the ability to reconcile different interests and communicate complex content clearly
- Initiative, resilient personality with a binding and consistent leadership style
