Construction Cost Planner

These tasks will inspire you

• Determining construction costs for new build and renovation projects (TC / GC / competitions)
• Preparing calculations, offers and quotations
• Accompanying total performance competitions
• Supporting project development regarding costs and revenues
• Supporting the project team with your expertise
• Preparing evaluations, key figures and cost models
• Developing contractor variants and lump-sum offers
• Phase-appropriate preparation of cost estimates
• Preparing attachments, such as technical reports, construction programmes, etc., for GC/TC/GLW offers

These skills will inspire us

• Degree in architecture, engineering, technician or completed construction-related training
• Several years of professional experience in the GC/TC sector
• Experience in cost planning according to eBKP-H for new build and renovation projects
• Solid IT skills and experience with industry-standard programmes (MS Office, Abacus, Messerli, Bluebeam, Solibri, etc.)
• Enthusiasm and passion for your work
• Strong quality and cost awareness
• Performance- and solution-oriented approach with high commitment
