Assembly Team Leader 100 (m/f/d)

• Implementation of agreed procedures and processes
• Enforcement of requirements from quality management
• Implementation of first-piece inspection according to specifications
• Monitoring ongoing production through intermediate checks
• Ensuring the processing of production orders
• Planning weekly working hours and shift models
• Carrying out resource, holiday and deputy planning
• Conducting employee discussions and target agreements
• Cross-team collaboration with other cost centres
• Maintenance of tools and fixtures
• Ensuring upkeep and repair of machines
• Responsible for maintenance work on industrial trucks

• Completed technical vocational training or equivalent experience
• Several years of leadership experience required
• Experience in assembly technology such as riveting, screwing, sealing
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Ability to interpret drawings and work instructions
• Independent, careful, efficient and structured working style
• High quality awareness and strong sense of order
• Teamwork, resilience and high reliability
• Strong commitment and sense of responsibility
