for Intensive Residential Group
Your Tasks
- Supplementing the team of intensive residential groups with 3 adult people with cognitive and psychological impairments, as well as a crisis intervention place
- Accompaniment and care in individual settings, if necessary 2:1 care
- Co-designing the daily routine in the residential group and supporting its implementation
- Close coordination with the team for a common attitude and joint management of everyday challenges
- Participation in leisure activities
- Taking over departmental and key worker tasks
Your Profile
- Completed training as FaBe / FaGe EFZ or similar training in the social or health sector
- Experience and interest in accompanying and caring for people with disabilities and challenging behavior
- Solution-oriented working style
- Committed, resilient and humorous personality
