Your Tasks

• Independent care, advice, and support of patients with urological diseases.
• Assistance with urological examinations and outpatient procedures such as cystoscopies, biopsies, and catheter changes.
• Implementation of diagnostic and therapeutic measures according to medical prescription.
• Proper preparation and follow-up of examinations as well as ensuring hygiene and quality standards.
• Coordination of outpatient consultations and interprofessional collaboration with the medical service and other specialist departments.
• Ensuring comprehensive nursing documentation as well as guidance and advice to patients in dealing with their illness.

Your Profile

• Completed training as a Certified Nurse Specialist HF/FH or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland.
• Professional experience in the outpatient sector or in urology is an advantage.
• Independent, structured, and responsible working style as well as strong organisational skills.
• High patient orientation, empathy, and enjoyment in working with people.
• Team-oriented, flexible, and resilient personality with good communication skills.
• Enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration and willingness to develop professionally and personally.
