Main tasks
- Direct contact for customers regarding complaints, technical questions, feedback discussions, and more
- Owner of customer claims and inquiries E2E
- Provides 1st-level support for customers
- Organizes technical support
- Keeps the customer informed
- Ensures customer satisfaction
- Works closely with other departments to ensure problem resolution
- Initiates proactive improvements for customers (e.g., planogram adjustments, preventive maintenance, etc.)
- Coordinates machine installations with the customer and other involved departments
Education
- Experience in remote client support or a comparable service function
- Preferably high technical understanding (machine knowledge, system knowledge)
Profile
- High communication skills to de-escalate situations if necessary
- Multitasking abilities
- Fluent in the local languages (DE & FR)
- Quick understanding
- Open-minded
- High service orientation: customer satisfaction as the top goal
- High product and service understanding of Selecta
