The Office for Building Construction plans, realises and maintains the cantonal buildings. For the Altdorf location, we are looking for a committed individual as Head of Property Management due to retirement as of 1 March 2027 or by arrangement.

Tasks

• Leadership and coordination of the caretaking and cleaning departments including resource planning
• Commercial and professional management of cantonal properties and rental objects
• Responsibility for rental contracts, ancillary cost accounting, budgeting and cost control as well as building insurance
• Management of rental relationships and central contact person for internal and external stakeholders
• Coordination of central procurement in the areas of operations, office furniture and heating energy
• Deputy to the Head of the Building Construction Office and participation in overarching property management tasks

Expectations

• Commercial basic training with further education in the property sector
• Several years of experience in property management or real estate administration
• Leadership experience and enjoyment in dealing with diverse stakeholders
• Independent, structured and service-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills, organisational talent and negotiation skills
