That fits perfectly, because we are looking for our KiMi in Oetwil am See, from now or by arrangement, a Group Leader: Nursery 80 - 100%.
As group leader, you report to the operations management and are responsible for group and team leadership. You accompany and support the children and are the contact person for them and their parents. In addition to your administrative tasks, you develop interesting topics and activities for and with the children and organise exciting excursions. You are also responsible for the training of apprentices and interns in your group.

- A big heart for children and ideally already experience as a group leader
- a qualification as a childcare professional (EFZ) or early years educator or an equivalent qualification (attach SBFI recognition)
