About the job

Your Tasks

Technical and commercial management of projects (from the offer phase to the handover to the
client)
Construction site management (material procurement as well as schedule and quality monitoring)
Leading employees including employee interviews and assistance with recruitment
Scheduling of assembly teams
Customer support, negotiation with suppliers, engineers, architects and construction professionals
Compliance with regulations, standards, guidelines and directives
Controlling of own projects
Implement, monitor and regularly inform about occupational safety/health protection goals.
Introduce new employees and external companies to occupational safety/health protection concerns
Participation in representation events (e.g. topping-out ceremony, trade fairs, customer events, etc.) also outside regular working hours

Your Profile

Completed vocational training as a heating or sanitary installer or building technology
planner with at least 5 years of professional experience
Further training with a professional certificate (federal FA) or willingness to obtain it promptly
Further training to become a master craftsman or technical school is an advantage
motivating leadership qualities
