Polyclinic, emergency, outpatient care, hospitalisations: from birth to old age, Morges Hospital offers a wide range of care services. The establishment has 240 acute care beds, a maternity ward with around 1,500 births per year, and nearly 30,000 emergency consultations. We are looking for the following for our Wound Care and Stomatherapy Unit services at Morges Hospital:
Nurse (M/F) in the Wound Care and Stomatherapy Unit at 80%

YOU HAVE
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing or a CRS-recognised nursing diploma
- A postgraduate training (CAS or DU) in Wound Care and Healing, or a minimum of 2 years’ experience in acute and chronic wound care with the willingness to train.
- Training as a stomatherapist or the willingness to be trained in this field.
- An expert clinical stance and autonomy
- Great autonomy while knowing how to work interdisciplinarily
- The ability to communicate positively and constructively
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Develop care objectives with the patient, their relatives, and the interdisciplinary team, based on collected data and considering a global therapeutic project.
- Provide expertise in wound care and healing to nurses in the services, doctors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure quality care in terms of technical and relational care, therapeutic education, advice, and support for stoma patients, those with external fistulas and/or suffering from continence disorders
- Intervene transversally throughout the institution, in outpatient and home care, in interprofessional coordination
- Contribute to harmonising nursing practices in these specific areas and participate in the development of ongoing projects
- Work in partnership with the stomatherapy/wound care team and the medical and nursing teams of our five hospital sites, internally and externally, at home, in collaboration with the La Côte Foundation.
