About the job
The Education Department runs the public elementary school of the city of Adliswil. It consists of eight semi-autonomous school units attended by approximately 1,800 children in total. The department understands the school+ concept's supplementary care services as an integrated part of a contemporary educational institution. The focus of activities is the well-being of the child and the development of the Adliswil schools.About 1,000 children attend the lunch and afternoon care in Adliswil. Depending on the location, between 95 and 230 children from kindergarten age to secondary level attend the lunch table.
From January 5, 2026, to October 2, 2026, we are looking for a
maternity cover for Care Management 35 - 50%
for the school units Sonnenberg and Hofern. You are responsible for all administrative, financial, organizational, pedagogical, and personnel matters related to care.What we expect from you
You have a degree in social pedagogy, social work, or a university degree with a pedagogical focus, or you will complete it soon. Ideally, you have experience in school-based supplementary care and have already gained initial leadership experience in a similar environment.We wish for a socially competent, humorous personality with the ability for self-reflection. At the same time, you bring clear and direct communication. Your situational conflict resolutions are characterized by a positive attitude and sensitivity.
