The children and adolescents with cognitive, multiple and psychological impairments as well as behavioral abnormalities are the focus of the daily work in the children's residential groups at Haus Fortuna.

The residential group Laubfrosch is an active, humorous and structured group. We spend a lot of time outside with the children and adolescents. For our team, we are looking for a motivated and resilient personality who masters the turbulent everyday life with the team, the children and adolescents.

• Comprehensive education, support and care of our children and adolescents including co-designing their living and development environment
• Key worker duties
• Collaboration with internal and external specialists as well as family members and legal guardians
• Experience in working with people with cognitive impairments
• FaBe, FaGe, social pedagogical training or equivalent professional education level
• You are empathetic, creative as well as humorous and place great value on good teamwork
• Personal responsibility as well as a reliable way of working
• Willingness to work irregular and split shifts
• Independent and varied activity
