Your tasks include, among others:

• General boat specialist / boat builder activities
• Repairing plastic or wooden surfaces of boat hulls and superstructures
• Preparing boats for official inspections and approvals
• Carrying out quality controls on completed work
• Launching and hauling out, boat transfers, boat transport / boat handling
• Various all-round tasks related to the boat business

In an additional role as a vocational trainer:

• Building up the apprenticeship system, recruiting apprentices, scheduling trial apprenticeships and more.
• Competent support and assistance of trainees during practical training
• Professional implementation of the vocational training mandate according to the training concept
• Completed further training as a vocational trainer or willing to complete it

Minimum requirements:

• Completed apprenticeship as a boat specialist EFZ or boat builder EFZ
• Enjoyment in dealing with customers, courteous and friendly behaviour
• Conscientious professional with a reliable working method
• Flexibility in work deployment and working hours (e.g. on-call duty)
• Used to working independently and precisely, resilient even in hectic times
• Driving licence category B (requirement)
• Good German skills (spoken and written)
