Temporary Mechanic (m/f/d) Maintenance Workshop on an Hourly Wage

For our partner - an established and leading company in the airport environment located near Zurich - we are looking for a reliable and motivated person as a temporary Polymechanic / Production Mechanic (m/f/d) from 1 December 2026, working 50-100% (hourly wage, permanent).

Your Tasks

• Technical Maintenance: Carrying out maintenance and inspections on specific systems, apparatus, instruments and equipment according to the work plan

• Troubleshooting: Analysing faults, identifying defective functions and developing and implementing appropriate solutions

• Repair & Overhaul: Reliable execution of repairs and overhaul work

• Documentation: Accurate recording of completed work in the IT system

• Spare Parts Management: Active management of the spare parts warehouse

• Training: Completed vocational training as a Polymechanic EFZ, Production Mechanic EFZ, Mechatronics Practitioner EBA or a comparable qualification

• Experience: Proven practice in the maintenance of technical systems and equipment; knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics is an advantage

• Working Method: Independent, safety-conscious, efficient and precise

• Requirements: No fear of heights as well as a complete CV and work references from the last 5 years (security requirement for the airport environment)

• Languages: Very good German skills; English skills are a plus

• Personality: Team-oriented, flexible and resilient
