Technical Property Manager / Facility Management 100% for Residential Properties

Your responsibilities include

In this varied role, you will work in a team with the caretaking staff. You are responsible for the technical and infrastructural operation of our residential properties and contribute significantly to their value-preserving and efficient management.

• Regular inspections and condition checks of the residential properties
• Coordination and supervision of caretakers, cleaning companies, craftsmen, and external service providers
• Organisation of maintenance, repairs, servicing, and minor renovations
• Obtaining, reviewing, and comparing quotes
• Monitoring quality, costs, deadlines, and execution
• Contact person for technical concerns, malfunctions, and damage cases
• Repair work during tenant changes
• Ensuring order, cleanliness, safety, and preservation of the properties
• Participation in budgeting, maintenance planning, and optimisation of operating costs
• Maintenance of documentation, contracts, maintenance schedules, and property records

You bring with you

• Training as a technical clerk, experience in facility management, property management with a technical flair, or a comparable role
• Technical understanding of buildings, building services, maintenance, and repairs
• Organisational talent with an independent working style
• Confident and polished manner towards tenants, service providers, and owners
• Fluent German in spoken and written form and proficient in MS Office applications
• You hold a category B driving licence
