Carpenter – Timber Construction Foreman with Leadership Experience

Tasks

Leading assembly teams on site with professional and social competence
Monitoring deadlines and ensuring high quality standards
Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations on site
Responsible for communication with customers, architects and other project participants
Documenting project progress and regular reporting to project management

Requirements

Completed training as a carpenter with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ), timber construction foreman or timber construction supervisor
Several years of experience in assembly management, preferably in element construction
Ability to lead the team clearly, motivatingly and empathetically
Independent organisation with forward-looking planning skills
Confident handling of site communication, construction plans, timber construction technology and technical understanding
